Great staff, everything is well taken care of

Great hostel, very polite staff. In the room there is a nespresso machine. I asked for a decoration and they made it to delight, I chose the option with chocolate bouquets and petals and everything was ready and beautiful. Fluffy towels and feather or fiber pillow options available in rooms

The cleaning leaves much to be desired. Mofo all over the bathroom ceiling, spider web in the corners, edredons with stains

RUIM support and experience

Right at check-in, I was informed that there was no water from early on and that the system was being restored slowly due to problems with the pump.
On the first day:
It was not possible to take a bath, use the bathtub (which had added value charged) or give discharge;
We had to get water on the street with a bucket to use the bathroom;
The fireplace could not be used because the wood was not available;
The next day's breakfast was compromised as the utensils were still being washed slowly.
On the second day (24/10), the water returned partially at night, with very low pressure, which still prevented the use of the bathtub.
Only on 25/10 the situation was normalized, finally allowing the use of the bathroom and bathtub.

Misleading propaganda. Mushroom, poorly cared for, very weak coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst hosting experience of my life. I chose the guesthouse from the numerous options available in Gramado, because looking at the Instagram photos really felt like a good place. But the experience could not have been worse. The room is claustrophobic, tight bathroom, room with mold spots on the ceiling, dirty walls, the mould smell was unbearable, no ventilation, dirty, torn curtains, the bed with ripped sheets and a hard and noisy bed. The reception more looks like a filthy depot. Breakfast without fruit. Dirty environments, poor care. Not to mention that it is all open, anyone can access the space and is in front of one of the busiest avenues in the city, the noise was unbearable. The bathtub in the room we could not use, only came hot water.
We left the day before, I left with an allergy to the mould smell and the dirt of the Mood.
Run away from this guesthouse, it's not worth half the daily fee.
I've worked with tourism for more than 20 years, I've never seen a hostel so horrible and poorly cared for.
I do not recommend.
