Great experience.

Ooh, too good of the account. I am from Sergipe and we came in 07 people to Gramado. From there we came to POA and were 3 super comfortable days at Ibis Guaíba. Certainly when returning to RS, the IBIS will be our first option. Super educated staff (thank you, Alexia, Fabiano, Rose, Sirlei, Priscilla and Rafael) attentive with sincerity, different from many locations in Gramado. Clean and super comfortable rooms, great size, breakfast and other delicious meals, positively surprised me. It was super worth it. Congratulations to the entire team!!

Infiltration and mold

Room with moaning walls and critical infiltration. The administration should not allow one of their rooms to arrive in these conditions, surely, far below the Ibis standard.

Ideal for a technical stopover to Floripa

Very neat, all like new. Easy to get to, no heavy traffic.
Open but safe and comfortable parking.
Very good breakfast (with Nutella!). There's not too much variety but it's fine. And coffee and hot chocolate machine "3 Coracoes" which is good quality. Croisants aren't like Rio de la Plata's, but they're fine.
Excellent treatment from staff.
We will surely return on our next trip to Floripa.

You surprised me!

I don't know if the whole network is changing, but this Ibis is new face, more cheerful in the decor, comfortable room, reception with a coffee and hot and delicious cookie. It was a good surprise!

Íbis Guaíba na Bahia

Congratulations to the sugar net that in the Guaíba ibis removed the hot air conditioners!
But very concerned with the guests offer more blanket!
Ibis Guaíba will now be Ibis Bahia!
Only hotel in the city warning travelers better stay in Porto Alegre!
