Simple and cozy

The pause is simple, but super linen. The room was very clean, sheets and smelly towels. Looks like VC is home. The host, Mr. Luiz, you are very friendly, attentive and kind. I loved it!

CAREFUL

Be very careful with this inn. It was booked privately with the owner Luiz Augusto e Silva for 6 nights, two rooms for two couples for Carnival. Arriving at the location, the reality was completely different from what was shown in the Google photos and their profile on Booking. Rooms and bathrooms are poorly filled, walls are falling down. When faced with a reality totally different from what we expected, we asked for the money back to go to another location, but the owner Luiz simply refused to return the money, completely ignoring the consumer protection code. TERRIBLE experience and with a financial loss of R$2,500 that the owner of the inn is unduly maintaining because we did not stay at the inn due to the extreme difference in quality presented, we feel deceived and deluded by everything we saw from the inn's reviews, which are totally out of touch with reality.

Home Sweet Home

Hello guys!
The last weekend I was traveling around Guarapari area.
Regarding Casa Verde. I would like to share my great experience. I felt at home!
Accommodation was clean. Hot water available. This place is calm and quiet.
I would like to highlight the breakfast. It was outstanding, plenty of options.
All of us loved the Caja fruit jam made by Luis. Banana Cake and Caja-Manga juice were delicious as well. Perfect way to start the day.
Luis is a great man, he and his staff were really kind with me and my friends.
They also provide service contact to explore the Three islands by boat. We were glad to do it.

Bom custo X benefício em Guarapari.

Para quem procura uma boa hospedagem e um preço justo, essa é a melhor opção de Guarapari. O Sr. Luiz nos recebeu super bem, foi super atencioso e gentil, e super se preocupou conosco, e também foi super flexível quanto ao horário do café da manhã. O local precisa de alguns reparos, mas também está em boas condições para receber os hóspedes. Adoramos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos.

Tudo perfeito

Atendimento super especial, Sr. Luis muito atencioso e simpático. Sensação de estar em casa, quarto com vista para o mar, café da manhã e limpeza impecáveis.Praias maravilhosas próximas ao local. Super recomendo!!!
