Condominium top! Very green, clean pools, polite staff. Only the reception could be more friendly. I indicate.

Good.

Positive points: Piscines extremely clean, staff and impeccable services, front beach of the hotel very good for bathing, very quiet place for family.
Negative points: The apartment we stayed is old, lack urgent maintenance, the bathroom even after cleaned fedia, very dirty. (when going to rent look for a reformed apt otherwise it is not worth it). Breakfast always the same every day. (was not bad, more always the same). Restaurant food leaves much to be desired.
I would return, more would choose the renovated and better structured apartments. Other than that, it's not worth it. The owner has to give urgent maintenance.

Good.

On the beach of Muro high-PE are the Nannai Residence and the Nannai resort.
They are completely different lodgings.
We stayed at Nannai Residence.
The location is perfect, in front of the beach, where a huge natural pool is formed.
Very good breakfast.
Restaurant for lunch and dinner with reasonable price.
Well-kept pools.
But the bathrooms of the flats of the Camurim block are very small and urgently need a revision in the piping.
A lot of sewage odor at ap 105.
The Nannai Residence has very difficult accessibility for wheelchairs.
If you do not rent a car to park near your building, you will need to drag your bags to it.
I suggest bringing a wet cloth to clean them.
Very polite Carol from the restaurant's reception.
But some restaurant employees need a recycling.

Great pool, and access to the beach. Inefficient restaurant, breakfast does not support the amount of guests, even being seed with 30% occupation.

Residential with complete infrastructure and foot in the sand

The residential is very well located on the beach of Muro Alto, right at the beginning of the part of the beach where tourists enjoy the natural pools. Stays on the sand, with direct access to the beach. The buildings of the flats are more remote, and on the front have bungalows. The flat offers beachfront umbrellas and chairs and restaurant service. It has several private pools among the buildings for the use of the visitors, has an elevator in all buildings, sports court, showers for exit from the beach, private parking for the rooms and bungalows. It also has a restaurant in operation until 22:00, with a great breakfast very complete and delicious (cost from 34,00 - Apr/25). As for the accommodation I stayed in Bloco Garoupa, unit 312 administered by the company Loui, is quite complete in terms of furniture and utensils. Duplex apartment, large, with balcony, kitchen, sofa, smart TV, table with chairs. Air conditioning, wi-fi and shower, good in full operation. However, it needs some small repairs, it is realized that the furniture and utensils of the accommodation already have a lot of usage. A renovation or adaptation of the furniture of the apartment could be made. The residential and the apartment has a very cool structure, small adjustments could give much better conditions. I recommend seeking an improvement in the odor of the social bathroom and changing the bedding.
