How you doing?
Well, first of all, it was unfortunately not the experience we would like to have.
I sent an email with 30 days in advance, requesting an extension at the check-out, given that we gave entry at the Check-in "23" hours and at the reception warned us that it was impossible that the hotel was crowded.
Our trip back to SP was scheduled for 19:00 and we had to leave at 12:00 and on the day 31 we returned to the portaria and we would like to know if it was possible a new daily, we didn't want to pick up our bags and look for another hotel to stay for 5 hours and the reception informed us that it opened another possibility of extension, and we would have to pay $198,00 just that!
Until then, all right, do what but then when their lie fell to the ground, we arrived at 15:30 of lunch and saw that the hotel staff left all the hotel rooms with open doors and the floor full of water, I believe they started to wash, gave their schedule and did not have the courage to pull with a water wheel from the door of our room, absurd!
I felt like an Otario.
At the time they said it was possible a new diary had to be at that time, could not postpone after breakfast.
Lie, empty hotel, full of water, liar staff,
"I do not recommend!

Cancellation

I cancelled my stay with almost a month in advance pq I had unforeseen, and I was told not to return the money I paid in the reservation, more than 50% of the total value, do not make reservations pq if you happen to not be able to attend, you will lose the money!
