Very nice place and a great location, close to a shopping Center where you can have a great dinner or drinks.

Disappointing

Unfortunately it was disappointing!
The hotel is new. The rooms are nice.
I came unreserved.
I paid 3 days at the counter.
Leave on the second day of lodging at 7 a.m.
They did not make the refund claiming the following:
“Good morning, Freddy! You all right? I checked with the management, and because we work with non-refundable fee it will not be possible to grant this daily on any other date or refund the value.”
At no time was mentioned that the fare was not “refundable”
I will never return because the company has already banned me from hosting me again.

Hotel leaves much to be desired

The rooms even meet the basics, but the overall experience is far below what is expected for the price charged. The cleaning on the first day left nothing to be desired, there is no option of low pillows (something elementary), and the breakfast is beside the despair: few options, dried breads, artificial orange juice and failed replacement.
To complete, we were informed at the check-in that the Sunday coffee would be served until 10:00 – which simply did not happen, causing disturbances and additional costs.
Room 35, specifically, is behind a service passage, where employees move around and make noise until late at night and again right in the morning, completely compromising rest.
These are serious failures, of basic operation, incompatible with the proposal and completely disaligned with the practiced value. Unfortunately, a very negative experience.
