Hotel with great atmosphere, a lot of tranquility and excellent services

The colonial-style hotel delights with its excellent decor and welcoming atmosphere. Located in a quiet and nice street, right in front of a lake where at the beginning and end of the day the people of the city walk.
The staff are attentive and polite, ensuring a great service. Breakfast is delicious and always well supplied.
The infrastructure is complete, with excellent gym, inviting pool and relaxing sauna. The rooms are spacious, with great cleanliness, quiet air conditioning and comfortable mattresses. Only the amenities could be improved.
The environment is familiar, with a lot of tranquility and quality services. During my stay, everything was perfect — undoubtedly, excellent hotel to stay in.

Need urgent care and maintenance

Well located hotel. With potential to get much better!We stayed for 4 days and noticed sympathetic employees are unsatisfied... bathroom needs maintenance, old and worn pads... the same for pillows and bedding. Swimming pool was a case apart: crowded all these days and the muddy water, every day it passed got worse! Zero maintenance! A shame! It is worth investing more in maintenance as it would value the hotel even more

No management

There are guests depilating and barking inside the sauna.... There's no surveillance for that.
They make the beard and still beat the blade to shave and depilate inside the sauna itself........................................................................................................

Does not accommodate people with special needs

I have elderly parents and I asked in advance to put my parents in a room close to the reveal.
They didn't and my parents had to move a lot.
There is no option for people with dietary restrictions. I'm allergic to gluten and I also requested a gluten-free bread option in advance!
Very sad to see the disregard with which they treat guests.
At the very least, they would have to inform you when booking that they cannot accommodate these requests!!! I definitely wouldn't have stayed there

Negligence with requests for people with strict mobility and dietary restrictions

I made the reservation on June 10, 2024 and informed the hotel by email that I was going with my elderly parents who have significant mobility limitations. I asked them to consider rooms close to reception because of this.
Furthermore, I have gluten and lactose restrictions and I also asked them to consider at least 1 option of gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk.
We arrived on the day and none of our requests made in advance were answered!
My parents had to walk down the corridor to go to their room, go to the restaurant, etc… because the receptionist said that the hotel was fully booked and the rooms that would serve them were occupied. Simple breakfast with NO lactose-free bread option.
Anyway, places like this that disregard advance requests and don't warn that they can accommodate them should be fined!
