Simple but efficient ✅

Very well located, easy parking, good price (less than 200.00).
Very good service, clean and organized, good and adequate linen.
Breakfast well served! Point for improvement, acoustics (noise in the hallway), it seems like you are inside the room!

Run-down, haggardly, very poor value for money

You know when you walk into a hotel room and your heart sinks? It was like that. It was clean enough, with a good location ten minutes walk from the main drag, but felt like a sex motel. Dreadful value for money for what it offers compared to dozens of other Brazilian hotels I've stayed in, I have no idea why it has such generally positive reviews.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Manaíra!

Este hotel fica a poucos metros da Praia de Manaíra e é uma ótima opção pra quem quer um preço justo numa região aconchegante, cheia de bons restaurantes, bares, lojas e coméricoo em geral!
Não é um hotel sofisticado, porém oferece o necessário para uma hospedagem agradável. Os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis e o café da manhã continental é excelente e farto! Na sua próxima ida à capital paraibana, escolha ficar no Cidade Verde e sinta-se muito à vontade!

Hotel bem localizado nas proximidades da orla porém sem área para estacionamento compatível com a quantidade de hóspedes. Não há critério de acessibilidade. Os andares mais baixos são preenchidos à medida que vão sendo reservados. O hotel carece de revisão nas instalações hidrossanitárias que apresentam problemas de manutenção. O pessoal da recepção carece de treinamento para receber os hóspedes. A bancada do café da manhã merece mudança no layout . os quartos cuja vista é para a avenida são muito barulhentos.

Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos

Muito bom o serviço, com um excelente café da manhã. Os funcionários asão excelentes, bastante prestativos. As instalações não são luxuosas, mas tudo funciona bem. A limpeza é boa. Não gostei porque não pude parcelar as diárias no cartão de crédito.
