Bad experience.

Old room, transparent bed linen of so used that it was, fluffy bathroom, shower when it turned on made a dwarfing noise.

Disappointing

The hotel is bad. Bad breakfast, bad parking and both paid apart. Old, abandoned installations, no maintenance. Health surveillance needs to do a check-up on site. The cleaning of the room on the first day was reasonable, but I stayed for a week and not a day the sheets were changed, even being dirty. The central location should attract guests, more always I go to Londrina and this was the worst hotel I have stayed. Employees try to be friendly, after all, they hear a lot of complaints. I do not recommend.

Fair price and affordable hotel. For the price paid, it's good. Clean, large rooms, hot water, clean towels, clean bed linen, only Wi-Fi can improve. Other than that I will always go back. I recommend……………………………………………………………..,

I forced myself to look for another accommodation in Londrina.

Payment at check in - it starts wrong. Terrible at everything! There is no room service and the reception staff are not even able to provide information, they are so unpleasant, untrained and lazy.
Breakfast is not included - there is no option for people with restrictions. The coffee charged separately is poor - few options - and of poor quality.
Old, old hotel! Bad bed. The shower takes forever to heat up, wasting water. The air conditioning is pointed directly at the bed, it has no adjustment... the functions don't work.
Look for another hotel in Londrina!
