Beautiful place
It's one of our favorite places near João Pessoa.
It is 40 minutes from João Pessoa, the service is very good, the rooms are spacious, ventilated, hammock on the balcony. The view from the hotel is undeniable, on the seafront. It was already for both Day use and for us to host more than 3 times.

Beauty that enchants, careless that saddens
We stayed at the Costa Brava Hotel between April 3 and 5 to celebrate a very special date: a birthday. We warned in advance, we reinforced the information on arrival and throughout the stay, but unfortunately there was no kindness or attention from the hotel. No symbolic gesture, no demonstration that they cared about being chosen to celebrate such an important moment.
The disappointment did not stop there. The structure of the hotel looks abandoned: the elevator is under maintenance — something that we saw be old when checking comments on social networks. In the room we stayed in, the air conditioning did not work well and the door had such a large gap that, with the wind, made a loud noise, passing the impression that someone was entering. This generated discomfort and a real sense of insecurity.
In the area of food, the service also left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were quickly served with a beer. However, to take two more, we need to go pick up personally. We ordered a snack of chicken fillet with fries, but the taste of the chicken indicated that it was already out of point — we avoided commenting at the moment, thinking it could be impression.
Since there were few guests, they asked us to fill out a questionnaire with our breakfast preferences. We included achocolatado — which was served the next day, except over a month ago. Three winning boxes, placed right on our table. This left us extremely concerned and was the point where we realized the general abandonment of management.
The saddest thing is to know that the hotel has a good structure and a lot of potential to offer a great experience. But it lacks care, attention with the guests and, above all, respect for those who choose the place to live special moments.
Here is our sincere and constructive criticism, in the hope that something will change for the better.

Horrible Experience
Leaves a lot to be desired - Dirty Housing Units, with cockroaches, absurd musty odor, with old and falling apart equipment, especially those made of MDF, internally rusty refrigerators, sofas that are disgusting to sit on, without adequate lighting in common areas (access to the housing units on the ground floor), and in relation to the service provided by the staff, it is regrettable. With the exception of Tati and Sheilia, waitresses and breakfast attendants, the other employees seem incapacitated not only in their functional activities, but also in terms of relationships and education, both in treating and serving customers and in communicating between them. For example: shouting for long-distance conversations, using loud cell phones, mockery and so on. One waiter was even surprised by his low level and lack of politeness.
Very weak breakfast; permissive for each guest to use their speaker with their preferred music at an absurdly high volume - imagine the situation when each speaker plays a different song at a volume that makes any dialogue impossible, which consequently causes widespread shouting ; the hotel also allows guests who are in groups, when gathered, to have no limits on shouting and using speakers, even if it is not in common areas, such as the balconies of the housing units.
The hotel simply allows racketeering, chaos, chaos and disrespect.

Dirty swimming pool
We went to spend the day (day use), but before going, know that you need to take the ferry that leaves every 1 hour.
But I don't recommend it because the children's pool had a lot of mud in the grout and, slipping, I took my daughter to the adult pool, which was also there, clearly lacking cleaning.
Staff service is great but hotel needs improvement.
