Mostly límited to Hotel dependencies.. IT was a nice stay, staff OK (could be better). But Hotel location is wonderful

Average hotel. For businessmen.

Conde Hotel has as its best feature the location. It is close to a great shopping center and close to the beach (about 100 m). The room is ok. It has the basics. Vanessa, the housekeeper, was really nice and took the time to make towel sculptures every morning. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. Breakfast is ok which means not many options. The hotel has no gym or swimming pool. I would define this hotel as a “just for sleeping hotel”. If you are looking for that you will have a good cost-benefit here otherwise look for a hotel with more amenities.

Pousada has become a Hotel

Already the first time when I visited this pousada more than 10 years ago, it had a good reputation and was known for its excellent breakfast buffet.
This year when my wife and I stayed there for 2 days it had grown to a real Hotel, but fortunately they had kept the breakfast buffet, it was still as good as I remembered it.
The new rooms are very nice, with a good size bed, a fridge, air condition and free Wifi.
The location of the hotel makes it possible to get a good night sleep, because there is not much traffic in this area. If you travel by car the Hotel also offers free parking.
And when the car is parked, it only takes a walk of 200m to get down to the beach.
Compared with other Hotels in the area, the prices at Conde Hotel are very affordable.
I can definitely recommend staying at Conde Hotel.

Staying at Conde Hotel

Very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and cleany. Hotel is placed on a quite area, perfect if you want to sleep and dont want to be disturbed. Service is fine, and breakfast is wonderfull. You can really enjoy the local food and most of the breakfast that is eaten i different places in Brazil.
We are definitely gonna come back.

I'm not coming back to this hotel

Good things first: price is good and the staff is attentive.
However: the bedrooms are very small, the mattresses are not comfortable, the neighborhood is everything but a touristic place, the beach has almost no infrastructure, there is no sidewalk, there's a polluted river nearby.

Dear Mr. Boizir,
First of all, I would like to apoligize to take so long to reply to your note. First I was not aware about this new kind of Media and I was sure that I had answered you, but It seemed I was mistaken. Anyway, We liked your words, this way we can fix the problems and go on with our business. I noticed that you did not like the size of the bedrooms and the mattres. Those problems are already fixed for we expanded the Inn and now we are a hotel with 63 larger and more confortable units and some of them with a beautiful view of the beaches of Maceió.
Also you mentioned about the infra structure of the neighborhood. You are alright. Cruz das Almas does not have the same care by the public government as the other beaches. This situation now is changing for many buildings, stores, colleges, supermarkets, private condos are opening nearby. The newest, largest Class A mall of Alagoas is just 800 meters away from the hotel. Faculdade Tiradentes ( college), Casas Vieira(department store) , banks, are already opened. The sidewalk in front of the beach is not finished yet, but they are working on it.
we just want to keep you informed about all the changes that hapenned after your visit, and next time you come to Maceió, drive by and if you want stop and have a cup of coffe with me.
