I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pousada Bossa Nova. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always making me feel welcome. The location is excellent — within walking distance to several great spots to explore. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the view from the balcony — simply breathtaking! Highly recommend.

Suffering

Although we do not book hotels with ratings below 8, due to the year-end demand and because they accept pets, I booked at Pousada Bossa Nova. I was expecting you to make everything right so that I could become a parishioner because my family lives nearby. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Breakfast without variety, missing items (bunks, tapioca without coconut). Limit time for breakfast at 9 o'clock, even on weekends and holidays (including day 1/01, when you normally go to bed very late). Some other things bothered much more: cockroaches in the room (although they claimed that he had recently detached), old equipment (the frigobar froze everything that was put in it - the insulin from our pet froze and we had to buy another) and the air conditioning did not regulate the temperature and air speed). The parking is painful, as it has three external and two internal parking spaces. It happens that the cars that are parked outside stop the ones that are inside. A project by an architect I believe would add another external and another internal vacuum without anyone arresting anyone.
As for the staff, at least, they are attentive and willing to try to minimize problems.
The guesthouse has lived better days. With a little investment, you might have good reviews, as the location is quite interesting.

Pousada Bossa Nova, stayed in my heart!

Great ventilation, clean airy room, very good smell! I loved the pool, all the staff treated me super well. The breakfast with several options, anyone who enjoys eating will love it! Chairs to get that tan by the pool, showers, fragrant and very clean bathrooms! The reception area is very accessible and well decorated, staff are super helpful and polite!
