Horrible Hotel l
Horrible Wi-Fi I did not get connected in any of these 5 days of stay that I was there, there was no cover in the room, the cleanliness zero, of the 5 days of lodging only cleaned the room one day, on Friday comes out in the morning when I arrived at night, the patent blurred, the sympathy of the team zero, horrible hospitality, poorly mooded receptionists, closed face, and making little case of the customer, on the second day did not leave towels, in the other days did not exchange the same even leaving for the exchange.

Great restaurant, room and services.
Amazing personnel ( Tamires, Rodrigo, Nay ).
I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
I will come back if my business will bring me back to Maceio.

Breakfast
This review is just about the breakfast to make it clear. The buffet is excellent with lots of options from normal to vegetarian and vegan. As my self working in the same industry and well travelled I know the difference between what is good and bad. The staff is absolutely amazing make feel at home every day it is very special. An big thank you to ( Tamires, Ellison, Valeria, Manuela, Nayne, chef Jonas as he was making my favourite dishes every day and not forget the lovely lady in public area Adella always with her beautiful smile no matter what. ) again I can’t thank you all enough for treating me like a family.
