Felt safe and accompanied by friendly stuff

It seems that hotel is run by a family and every members has it's special role. Very friendly and always smiling and trying to help. They don't speak English but we managed to understand each other. The hotel is small, only few rooms and that is actually a good thing. Unfortunately rooms do not have windows, but I suppose that is security related. The breakfast was wonderful! The lady owner prepared breakfast for each one of us separately. There is a buffet table as well but that personal touch really mattered to us. The food had a domestic touch and was really tasty. The last day the owner drove us to the airport.

Excelente atendimento

Estrutura modesta mas bem cuidada, limpa e aconchegante. Quarto e banheiro amplos. Café da manhã simples mas bem feito. Atendimento sempre atencioso. Ambiente familiar. Excelente relação custo/benefício!

Hotel com excelente atendimento, Localização excelente, Onibus saindo do aeroporto quase que direto pro hotel , bons locais para aquela refeição. quarto e banheiro limpos, muito acolhedor. Só um pequeno defeito, os quartos nao tem janela, mas isso nao é nenhum incomodo. Pelo menos pra mim. recomendo o Hotel Para qualquer pessoa que queiroa passear ou participar de qualquer evento em Manaus, se hospedem no hotel lago. preço justo.

Simples!

Apenas para hospedagem sem luxo. Quartos pequenos, porém bem cuidados e limpos, disponibilidade de café da manhã. Localizado na zona sul da cidade, próximo de Shoppings, bom deslocamento para o centro da cidade e demais pontos turísticos.

Hotel Lagoa é muito bem localizado, ônibus, ponto de táxi e locais próximos para realiza refeições. Quarto super aconchegante, limpo, troca diária de roupa de cama e banho. Atendimento do café da manhã excepcional.
