Hotel met very well the expectations, especially the breakfast.

Faced with a survey of hotels in the Downtown Manaus, which demonstrated an unreliable hotel chain in terms of quality, I chose Ibis.
I didn't regret it. I arrived at the qto after check-in and was positively surprised by the air-conditioned environment. Another positive point was the service, courtesy, even I got an extra pillow to spend the night, served with promptness and attention.
Finally, I highlight the breakfast that may seem expensive, but it is worth every penny. Various items of excellent quality and preparation, variety, taste, presentation and temperature were observed positively, a unique exception to the croissant, which was “sleeping”. The highlight was the oatmeal mingau with chestnut, a simple and extremely tasty and well-made cooking.

I loved staying at this hotel, especially because of the great reception and the contagious smile of the employee Josiela, which added a lot to a pleasant place.

In the heart of Manaus.

The Hotel is located close to the Teatro Amazonas and the Largo de São Sebastião, where there are several bars and restaurants.
The hotel service is good.
The breakfast is also good.
You can book with breakfast or without coffee.
The hotel has a gym and a restaurant.
The shower is very good.

This place was centrally located to downtown and to the street parties. It’s tucked away from the noise and very walkable to many things. Great water pressure and the AC kept the room cool!

They have a policy that they will not store luggage. People come to Manaus to explore the Amazon and need a place to store luggage to facilitate short trips into the jungle. The night staff was very rude and unhelpful, suggesting that we rent a hotel room for three nights to store luggage, which was ridiculous. I have never seen this happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. These women seemed totally unaware of the need to give good service in order to promote much-needed tourism in the area. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel for that reason.
