wonderful romantic weekend

I just got back and took the new renovated rooms! Clean room, great bathroom, wonderful service, beautiful structure! We spent the day taking advantage of the structure and rented a jet in front! Very friendly service from the employees, it is between the river and the sea with a wonderful view, and it was much better than expected!

Reasonable

I did not understand why it is resort, it must be by contact with nature. It's quite repellent because it's close to the river and there's a lot of mosquitoes. The food is good and the breakfast too, but I noticed the presence of many flies on the breads and had to ask for cobri. The attendees in general are wonderful, but there is a girl from the reception who was on the evening shift who was rough, which is not nice for those who work with tourism. He distracted the little caramels that stayed there and answered me rude when I asked about the availability of medicine (logically I would buy at a pharmacy, but needed to know how). Ahhh the hotel is far from everything! There's nothing nearby. My room was clean and smelly, but other colleagues complained about the cleanliness. Finally, the landscape of the hotel is pretty, there is a lot of green and beautiful fish in the lake, gives good photos.

Misleading propaganda, lack of transparency, lack of consideration with the customer, a satisfaction, justification.

The evaluation is about the revival party, it was announced that the party would go until 4am, from 2:30am the band stopped playing. The meals were picked up and I felt hurt, as in previous years my program was to stay on the spot until 4am. I know that time does not return, there is nothing more to be done, but I saw several questions on social networks and so far the administration of the establishment has not spoken out, not at least one apology. This attitude made me indignant, I paid expensive, I created expectations, I made advertisements of the place and finally a despair. Not to mention that it was virtually the night all the energy oscillating, a place with a structure of that without a generator to ensure a year-end party. The dick face of the administrators is the most revolting, they silence the Instagram comments, giving relevance to the lying comments of the influencers / bloggers, who have not even paid to be there. Revolting!!!!!!

The rooms have been renovated! The hotel was great!

I love the Amoaras! They made a renovation in the rooms and everything was very good. The hotel is wonderful; its staff very kind and polite; the breakfast is great; the lunch options are also very good, full and the prices are fair. I recommend the Amoaras, especially for families given that it is a very quiet, friendly and familiar Mood! In addition, during the week, when the hotel is most empty, it is a great place to empty the mind and rest...

Poorly preserved hotel, tasteless food, attentive staff!

Paradise site, but there is still much to improve!!! Full of defects, like: door lock of the bedroom, falling... toilet discharge leaking, drinks with bottled juice, instead of natural fruit, in a tropical city!!!
