Tudo de bom !!!

o Hotel Leiria é para mim, o titulo da avaliação mersmo: Tudo de bom, pois é bem localizado na area central, WI-fi funciona muito bem, estacionamento proprio, quartos otimos, a limpeza impera nos ambientes, o cafe da manha é muito variado e começa bem cedo, e por fim, a equipe de atendimento em todos os niveis , é bastante competente e dedicada a atender as necessidades dos clientes, por isso sempre que vou trabalhar na região, hospedo-me la, vá conhecer voce tambem, garanto que vai gostar !!!

Horrible hotel!!!!! Unprepared and rude receptionists

We arrived at the hotel and the reservation had not been made, and I had an email. The hotel puts a lower rate on booking but it is for an old room, the renovated room (less worse) is more expensive and then the difference to the Mercure is much smaller. This to me is bad faith. The room didn't have enough towels, the sheets were torn, the TV didn't work. There was no still water, it had run out. I called reception to ask for a towel, and besides being rude, the person couldn't take it because they were alone and couldn't leave Reception. When you think that's all, the room faced the city center street, from 6 am onwards the church started ringing and then an absurd noise. Besides, there was noise from the air conditioning machine all night long. In short, anyone who comes to Matão goes to Mercure. And my friend, who was in the other room, had to move because the air conditioning didn't work. Another friend, the receptionist, calls on Wednesday at 10:30 pm to say that her 12-year-old son's CPF number was not correct. And the old rooms are terrible where my 2 friends stayed.

Pessimo atendimento

O Hotel Leiria foi uma decepcao em nossa estadia em Matao. Nos cobraram um cheque cauçao no valor da diaria e apesar de termos pago o dobro do valor na estadia (diaria+ cauçao) o atendimento da recepcionista Monica foi super desrespeitoso e prepotente. Alem do valor descabido do caucao a atendente agia como umainquisitora sobre qualquer hospede que chegava no hotel perguntando nome, quarto de forma arrogante e extremamente invasiva. O estacionamento alem disso nao comporta todos os carros dos hospedes e os quartos mais acessiveis apresentam instalacoes bem antigas que nao valem o valor da diaria. Definitivamente, o pior lugar para se ficar em Matao.

Hotel satisfatório

Hotel atende a necessidade para uma noite em Matão. Quarto simples, limpo e espaçoso. Podia ter água no frigobar que fica desligado e precisa pedir na recepção. Café da manhã é bom, com pouca variedade.

Local extremamente agradável, ótima localização, ambiente da recepção de muito bom gosto.
Atendimento excelente.
Acomodação confortável, limpeza impecável, com conforto e tranquilidade.
Farto café da manhã.
Recomendo a estadia.
