Experiência muito agradável

Um excelente custo benefício.
O lugar bem tranquilo, os quartos bem aconchegantes, o café da manhã preparado com muito carinho.
O atendimento nota 1000…ficamos encantados com o Kennedy, uma graça , muito atencioso.
Parabéns a todos da equipe.

Needs reforms and improve heating. Good location.

Old chalet, in need of renovation. We spent very cold, the fireplace can't afford to heat the whole room that is very cold, I regretted not having taken a heater. Hot shower and tap in the gas system, ok. Breakfast reasonable, no many options, but tb ok. We were with a 10-month-old baby and my fear the whole time was she was getting cold. It was fine, but I would not come back.

Não voltaria. Caríssimo para o que oferece.

O lugar é beeeeeem simples. Não vale o valor cobrado. As fotos não representam a realidade. Valor extremamente abusivo, apenas por ser em Monte Verde. Banheira suja, tentamos encher e a água ficou marrom. Banheiro sem box, poa quebrada e faltando uma torneira. A lareira tem a saída de fumaça pequena, então a fumaça volta toda para o quarto, tendo como única opção manter janela aberta, no frio de 0 graus. A recepção é uma bagunça. O café é servido em outro local , do outro lado da rua, e é bem fraco. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Aconchego

Pousada simples, mas muito aconchegante. A recepção quando chegamos foi excepcional, atenção e cordialidade por parte dos funcionarios, sem falar no o capricho e no carinho da Rosana e do Gordo na Limpeza e preparação dos quartos. O café da manhã muito bem servido e delicioso. Não tem luxo, mas o carinho que fomos recebidos e forma aconchegante com que os serviços foram prestados não tem preço. O custo benefício são ótimos.

Simples e aconchegante

Pousada simples mas com Bom custo benefício, quarto pessegueiro mto bom, amplo lateira ao lado da cama, com chuveiro quentinho e um ótimo atendimento, Rosana e Ricardo bem solícitos. Café da manhã com muita variedade e bem gostoso, servido no restaurante rotisseria dele na frente, o que para mim não foi empecilho nenhum, pedi mais um cobertor e logo fui atendida, surpresa na cama enfim gostei...
