Comfort

I spent two nights with my family in rooms 104 and 105.
All very clean, comfortable, close to the shopping, the beach.
There is a microwave and drinking water at the reception.
I arrived just before the check-in time and released the entrance.

Péssima experiência.

Péssima experiência com essa portaria remota. Não atendem os telefones, demoram eternidade para responder msg. Nos deixaram esperando quase 1 hora no corredor para nos fornecer as senhas para entrar nos quartos. Um calor infernal com idosos e crianças. Não forneceram a senha de entrada mesmo ja tendo pago 50% da reserva. Momento nenhum foi informado que só forneceriam a senha mediante pagamento de 100%.
Lugar horrível. Cheiro de mofo nos quartos, higiene precária.
Famoso barato sai caro. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Fujam desse local.

Lugar péssimo. Simplesmente eles se recusaram a trocar as toalhas alegando que somente a cada 3 dias.

Lugar péssimo. Se recusam a trocar as toalhas, alegando que só repõem toalhas a cada 3 dias. Da mesma forma não fazem a limpeza diária alegando que somente a cada 3 dias. Banheiro sem ventilação. E não há onde sequer tentar secar as toalhas usadas que eles negam trocar. O atendimento é somente por watsapp e não tem responsáveis . Os funcionários alegam que não são responsáveis por nada. Nem em hostel recusam troca de toalhas e limpeza diária. Nunca mais volto a esse lixo e espero que o máximo de pessoas possíveis tomem conhecimento dessa falta de higiene. Lugar passível de interdição pela vigilância sanitária.

Experiência não agradável

Eu e minha prima ficamos hospedaras neste hotel. A proposta de uma recepção remota é até interessante, no entanto, quando funciona. Pedimos a troca de toalha e demoraram muito para realizar, além disso, ficamos sem limpeza do ambiente 1 dia a mais do que nos é informado. Muito difícil achar a governanta do local, principalmente se for à noite pois aparentemente o horário dela acaba na parte da tarde. Um outro ponto é que nem todas as suítes têm frigobar, algo bem básico em qualquer hotel. A TV estava ligada na netflix na conta do antigo hóspede, imagino. Acredito que o ideal seria que houvesse essa verificação antes do próximo hóspede entrar. Fora isso, a TV era grande e muito boa para assistir filmes e séries, o guarda roupa tinha um espaço ok e o banheiro tinha um espelho bem grande.
