Perfect for kids and families

This is definitely a hotel to go with kids and family. Kids are free to play all the time at the pools and the beach and enjoy family time. This is not a luxury hotel, but definitely a very comfortable place to have family holidays near the beach.
The views are the best. You can view the ocean at all times, with the sounds of the waves. Beautiful.
The food is very good and at all times. The hotel people work hard to meet everyone requirements. I think plastic plates and mugs are perfect for the hotel characteristics. Will suggest to do the same for the ice-cream and deserts to avoid plastic flying with the winds.

Vila do Mar , an experience to be avoided.

First of all, cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. The room I was given was dirty, with visibly soiled bed linen that looked like it hadn't been changed in days. The overall infrastructure of the hotel feels completely abandoned—peeling paint, broken fixtures, and an air of neglect throughout the property. The food? Let’s just say that the only thing edible was the natural fruits. To top it off, if you arrive at night, good luck finding where to check in. The reception closes at 7 PM, leaving guests completely lost and wandering around with their luggage trying to figure out where to go.

La pulizia e la manutenzione sono fondamentali per noi e l'assenza di standard adeguati è inaccettabile.
Abbiamo già avviato un'indagine interna per risolvere i problemi segnalati riguardanti la biancheria e lo stato dell'infrastruttura.
Per quanto riguarda il check-in, ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente e stiamo rivedendo i nostri orari per garantire una maggior accoglienza.

A great place for feeing like at home. The best is to have the chance to be free, relax and great experience for family

Excellent experience for feeling like home, many possibilities to have a relaxing time and for family holidays. The room was very nice and you have the chance for asking for more blanquets, pillows or towels. Leonardo and all the team are involved on everything you need. Very nice and care with tourist, all the time. The concierge is not like a 5 stars hotel, is an all inclusive but no luxury
