Don't come!!!

We stayed 8 days and it was bad, ugly room we asked to change and the attendant didn't even know how much it was to upgrade, we stayed 3 days with the same bath towel, breakfast 8:30 there was no more bread and do not apologize for this, below I will leave the photo that for me is the most shocking of the cleanup of the juice jar.

Some issues to improve.

The Pousada is simple, but the environments clean. The location is excellent, although I have disappointed myself with the beach of Ponta Negra, as the sea bath is impossible to occur, due to strong waves. In this way, staying by the sea does not have much value, and you need to move to other beaches to really enjoy. I wanted to know this before my trip. The guest house has a full breakfast, but if you stay for many days you get sick because it is repetitive. One of the biggest difficulties was not having an individual hair dryer, being that every time I needed to have to go down the 3 ladder lances to look for it and then go back again. The hotel staff is kind and very caring. There are few sockets available in the room. They do not provide electric iron.

Absolute disaster

We had booked in said hotel via booking.com for 12 days from Germany - cost per night was the equivalent of 53,00 euros. When we arrived on 25.12.24 we were received friendly and then moved into a room using the stairs (the elevator was broken). It was dirty and terribly noisy during the day and at night construction was loudly carried out on the 500 m wide construction site on the beach directly in front of the hotel, the door to the outside had several about 5 cm wide slots, so the door did not absorb any of the noise. We turned to the lady at reception for help, she made sure we could move the next day. How did we get a room directly at the kitchen and breakfast room, so we had the kitchen noise and the chair purr. Breakfast was very simple but ok.
In the surrounding area there were a lot of people begging, a lot of drunks and drug addicts - we didn't realize that. That would be fine, too, if they hadn't already fought in the hotel on December 30th in the morning. We are 2 women and it was no longer sustainable to stay there any longer, so I spoke to the hotel manager who told me that we could not get a credit of the payment already made in full from her as Booking.com collected that. It seemed strange to me, she was very dismissive.
So we left and I turned to booking.com for help, who also responded promptly and told me that the hotel manager lied to me about the payment. They then tried to get a refund, which the manager refused, saying that she could not rent the room for the remaining 7 nights.
Booking.com has not received anything from the hotel to date, so I contacted the hotel directly and sent a friendly email asking for compensation for the wrongly withheld amount of 383.25 euros.
I received the feedback very quickly and it was surprisingly pretentious, presumptuous and unkind (see photo), once again it was lied that booking.com has already received the refund and they don't care if I get to my money or not.
In summary, I recommend avoiding this accommodation, as it and the management seem to lack any prerequisite for the service industry.

Sorry, this german Karen is not telling the truth. You think germans of all people would follow the rules but, despite her non-refundable
reservation. this one asked for a refund in the middle of her stay. Anyway, we issued a reimbursement for the remaining days of her stay
through Booking.com. We have proof and receipts to confirm this and the site told us that they have refunded the guest in our behalf. For
some reason she is still going crazy about it. She originally booked 12 days but chose to leave on day 5. If the hotel was truly as bad as she
claims, why did she stayed for 5 days? Most likely she just decided to go to another beach and had to find some reason to void her
reservation policies without consequences. The real catastrophe here is dealing with entitled guests who shouldn't be traveling if they are
not willing to follow the rules that they themselves accepted when booking.

Super well located, clean room, reception with great service, highlighting the sympathy of Paula (breakfast receptionist) a love of Cover! I recommend.
The only point to improve is the quality of the internet.
