Safe, clean, organized and excellent professionalism of the work team.

Wonderful.

I am here again to say how wonderful is the Hotel Alles Berg, in service, cleanliness, and quality of service. Ample and comfortable room with quality garment. Great breakfast as always. Careful staff to help. This is my third stay and I will definitely be back.

It's been so long going to Nova Petrópolis and we only now know this hotel.

A lesson on what a hotel should be
Immaculate cleanliness, gold standard breakfast, enviable localization, 100m from the shopping center the restaurant of high standard of quality.
The rooms are spacious, perfect air conditioning, without the unwanted "air in the face", bathrooms with toilet shower, support bar inside the box and taps placed in the entrance and not under the shower as the vast majority.
Congratulations. Super recommend.

Always a great experience

My reference of lodging in the mountains. I’ve been a customer since the opening in 2019. The environment and service remain very good. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The best option is with view, front and back. Because there are accommodations in the inside where the windows give to other rooms, and as there is no intermediate curtain you need to close the blackout and the room gets dark. Breakfast has colonial pattern, many tasty options. With good rest and organization. There's a restaurant with a slim menu. Free parking. The location is perfect, in the center with many shops and cafes. Also close to the Immigrant Park and Central Square.
