Rooms are adequate, bed mattresses are thin. A/C in the first room didnt work at all but staff immediately moved us to another room.

Impossibility to obtain a tax note of accommodation in Nov/2025 at IBIS Osasco, with precarious care and lack of return. I take advantage of the opportunity, since the staff refused to attend me - I will do the registrations here too - I am a frequent host (almost every month) - the service of the hotel staff has always left to be desired - that makes the difference, because you want to stay, rest and enjoy - in the end the experience is bad, discouraging!

Baixarias in the next room è impossibility to complain to the reception in the morning.

Bad experience because in the room the phone to talk to the reception simply does not work and the couple that is in the next room seems to be in a prostitule. Bad experience because I could not talk to the reception to fix this inconvenience. You want to make the size of the noise that they were making that they went to a motel and didn't come to disturb a place where a family might be housed. I arrived tired, I have to wake up at 6 in the morning and I am here being forced to stay awake by guest account without notion and without being able to complain at the reception.

I checked in around 16:00 I was informed that the lunch a la carte was until 17:00, but everything I asked did not have, I came to the extreme to ask what I had, and to finish when I went to pack the suitcase for check out I felt the lack of a pair of shoes, now I am waiting for their opinion to know what will be done. In addition to poor services, I still have this problem to solve, in short, I DO NOT recommend.

My stay was the worst I've ever had!
I arrived on 05/07 we were placed in an adapted room in which the shower water invades the room. I asked to exchange and we were placed in a tiny room. I asked to transfer to Ibis without being the budget. I paid the difference, they put us in a room with the air conditioning broken. I asked to change again! In the middle of the night the air broke again! After all in two days I changed room 4 times! I would not indicate to other people!
