Excellent location , courteous staff , great showers

Location - on a fairly busy street , about a 10 min walk from praça tiradentes ; street parking was easy to find on Wed and Thurs evenings ..
Staff / rooms courteous , friendly , efficient . We made our booking around 17:00 on the day we were going to start staying there . Strangely enough , when we checked in at 23:00, the front desk staff couldn’t locate our booking , but he said he would just take down our info and gave us a room key readily ( by the morning time , everything was sorted out ). We stayed at room 219 the first night - I liked the old style of the room , but since it faces a main street , the noise level was high . For our second night , we asked to be moved to a room facing the other side , and it was much much better - the view of rolling hills in the distance was nice , and it was much quieter ( I think it was room 213 that we stayed at the second night and it was great )
Breakfast- tons of options for bread and cakes , good choices for fruits . Overall , great breakfast
I highly recommend this place - just ask for a room away from the street

Excellent!
The Pousada is beautiful and charming!
The staff are very polite and gave us great tips, the room is big and the bathroom clean.
The breakfast was delicious.
Super recommend!!!
Good location, quiet sleep.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, well located and the staff are really nice. The kitchen staff are very attentive and pay attention at the guests needs.

Escape Airbnb with this great option!

Escape from Airbnb!!! After a disastrous experience, we were welcomed in the hostel. We were lucky to pick up the room with the best view, paying a reasonable price (not too far from Airbnb, which did not give us any support in our negative experience!). Ample room, very cosy, delicious breakfast!
