Disappointing
The room had an immeasurable mould smell, something very worrying for me because I have asthma and it could seriously worsen my health. In addition, the room does not have proper ventilation, which makes the environment even more muggy and uncomfortable.
The TV was without cable and no control to turn on. The box glass was visibly dirty and poorly sanitized. The floor was not swept properly.
Another very bad point is that the room is facing the street and the curtain is not blackout, completely compromising privacy and comfort, especially during the night, if the light is on, everyone who is on the street can see the interior of the room.
The worst problem was the shower: when it turned on, the smell of burnt wire was extremely strong, causing insecurity and discomfort. I was very afraid of getting on fire. We informed the receptionist who was present the night, but we were informed that unfortunately there was no other room available for exchange. And they were offered water of fabric to soften the smell of mold, something that doesn't solve anything.
We expected a comfortable and safe stay, however “cheap” there should be support.Unfortunately we found a lack of proper maintenance, poor hygiene, no privacy, no ventilation and adequate customer support. Nothing compares to the videos he had seen before arriving. I leave here my dissatisfaction for other guests to be aware of these conditions and for the guesthouse to take urgent measures.

ABSURD CANCELLATION AND TOTAL RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT
I made a booking by Booking and the guesthouse insisted my card was invalid. I have verified that the card is valid until 08/2033. Still, only 6 days before the stay, my reservation was cancelled without a compelling justification.
An extremely irresponsible and disrespectful attitude, causing trouble and insecurity on the eve of the trip. I do not recommend this hostel.
