Great!
The room is well complete, with air conditioning, TV, hot shower and comfortable bed, however, the staircase from the upper room passes in the middle of the room is possible to hear the other guests walking through it.
Another point is the rotating parking. When we arrived there were no more vacancies but there was no danger in leaving the car on the street.
The breakfast is well complete with natural juice, cake options, coffee and everything very well prepared and tasty.
The staff is also great, quite friendly.

Horrible, I will never go back!
It's nothing like what it offers in the photos, moldy room, horrible mattress, full of marks from scratches, completely deformed, dirty, noisy air conditioning, bathroom leaking water in the sink, no place to put your belongings, no place to hang your clothes. towel, simply disgusting!
Shower had no water pressure, it just got extremely hot, sometimes it even stopped working! The lighting in the room had 4 lamps, a switch for each one, 3 of which didn't work, in short, the experience was horrible! Breakfast was reasonable, could be much better!

Worth the stay
This pousada is not located in the center but is a nice walk away (10-15 mins). The amenities are basic but met my needs as a traveller, having a friendly staff, comfortable beds, included buffet breakfast, pool, and restaurant/ bar (open on the weekends). The rooms are ample with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for families and groups.

Good value, especially for groups
seven of us spent Christmas here. We shared one of the larger rooms. It's two bathrooms and plenty of beds we were comfortable. It's not a five star place, but simple and comfortable. I really enjoy the walk to the historic center, but after a long day it may feel a bit far. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not bad and there is plenty of food. I have recommended it several times for people with large families looking for an affordable place.

Great value for money
The pousada is mainly for groups and familys. We (a German couple) stayed there for 3 nights and got a great offer for a family room. The room was very spacy and clean, but a bit dark.
Kelly and Paul were great hosts and helped us with all our questions.
