Excellent location and service

Great location! Very good service, and highlight the excellent breakfast. I have to mention one fact: I left the hostel, and I went to CUNHA, when I arrived I received a message from the hostel informing that I had forgotten an alliance, and that it was kept at the reception. Luckily I had a person who was in Paraty, who can pick up and hand me over. I mean, security is also a strength of this Pousada do Cais!

Excellent location and service

Great experience at Pousada do Cais! Very attentive staff and always ready to help, with excellent tips on tours and restaurants.
Simple and cozy environment, very good breakfast and excellent location, in front of the pier and a few meters from the historic center.
It has parking about 400 m from the guesthouse.
I recommend!

Highly recommend

I haven't actually stayed at the pousada. The reason for the review is their treatment of me as a guest. They informed me that the Guardia Civil is not letting people into the city due to severe weather conditions. They refunded the money without any issues.
I cannot say I had the same experience everywhere related to the bad weather weekend in Paraty.
I highly recommend them as you often see what the company is like in the situation like this.

Guesthouse in historic setting overlooking the sea

Guesthouse of great location, overlooking the sea, close to various historical sites and shopping streets. At the ideal distance to not be disturbed by the sound of the mall.
It has a pocket in front where it is possible to park the car, but also has a private parking space 3 blocks away. Attention because the adjacent street can fill in times of high tide.
Cozy rooms for a damned establishment. Breakfast included and attentive staff. I suggest taking a take repellent.

Great staff, location, breakfast

Excellent location, lovely view of the sea, all amenities close by. Great breakfast, nice size room and the staff were amazing, particularly Tony who helped us so much with great eating out places that didn’t disappoint and thanks to the gentleman at reception to for his help
