Overall the guesthouse is good but sick in my room

Very good hostel but the room in which we stayed left a bit to be desired, I believe that it is a PCD room through the garage on the door and supports in the bathrooms and that should not be located frequently. Well I had to go several times I complained from the shower that no water came out, when we entered the room was full of mosquitoes in the bathroom
And the pillows smell mold. When asking the employee to take a look, he said he could do nothing. I found it bad even for being in family and having a child. Overall the guesthouse is good but needs to treat all customers equally

Disappointed

The cleanliness of the room leaves to be desired , very weak coffee , no cheese bat has , lack of cordiality , on the part of the employees , to start a good day of them was difficult , finally , an experience not pleasant , we expected more at the price we paid

Lovely pousada close to the old town. Very spacious and comfortable room. Loved the pool area and quiet places for relaxing and reading
All the staff here were friendly and very helpful
Wonderful breakfast every morning with a wide range of fresh food.
Really appreciated the Christmas gift which was very thoughtful. No hesitation recommending a stay here if you are in Paraty

Bad cleanliness, bad shower and breakfast below expectation.

It's not worth how much it cobra. The cleanliness of the rooms is bad, the general cleanliness of the hotel is bad, the breakfast is pretty weak and there is strong urine in some places.
For the value of the daily, we expected something more comfortable and cleaner. The cleanliness of the hotel in general is poor but the room is even worse. We left a dust under the mute's servant and the dust stayed there until we left. The shower is very bad, it has clogged holes, little water comes out, horror! Breakfast has options but everything taste like yesterday, nothing is really fresh, not even the fruits. Do not recommend!
