Quality ever worse

I've been staying here for about 4 years, every time I come, it's got worse, the breakfast is terrible, it seems like everything was left from the other day, the cheese bread is always hard and old, the coffee is also bitter and with a taste of burned, bed clothes and with a feeling of old, even leaving the light of "NO ARRUMAR O CAMPO" they go in and arrange, lack of respect for the guest, always leave 1 bath towel, being that we are in a couple and when we call to ask, if it's the night, there's no one to take and we have to look for. Quads with infiltration and filthy curtains. Disappointed.

Guinness = Record, but negative record holder! FAIL AT EVERYTHING

I requested a reservation for a room for 4 people in a quiet location. They put us in a triple room on the ground floor without a bed or mattress and facing a beach tennis court that plays loud music all day. The receptionist attended to us the entire time with a headset and did not correctly answer the questions I asked, including mistakenly informing us that there was no internal access from the garage to the hotel, but I discovered on my own that there was. She also did nothing to relocate us to a room within the one I requested in the reservation. He just provided an extra mattress. And I had to ask for bed and bath linen since I had already booked for 4 people. The attendant who brought the mattress even asked me what the "bedding" I was asking for was, demonstrating complete unpreparedness. Completely flawed service from booking to arrival at the hotel. Breakfast is served in a room where the air conditioning was turned on full blast over the food. So everything was cold and unidentified. The coffee served was more like tea than coffee, something disappointing for the city "land of coffee". The room is relatively new, but full of leaks and some mold on the walls and the privacy on the ground floor is zero as it has a view of the Beach tennis bar for the double rooms. The bottom of the minibar was rusty, increasing the feeling of lack of care. The hotel's location is far from the center, making it impossible to travel on foot. I do not recommend and will not return to this hotel under any circumstances.

Best in the city, but for short stays

Very easy to find, this small hotel is the best in the city. Facilities are brand new, everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and confortable enough for a short business trip. Breakfast was good, very diverse.
I absolutely recommend this hotel in Patrocínio.

Best in the city

Hotel is nice, very clean and with good access to internet. Not in the center and very quiet, with good views of fields and the sky
Free parking lot and helpful staff. If you plan on staying during a short business trip, this hotel is indicated

Nice place to stay

Decent rooms, small but adequate bathroom.Friendly staff. Very accommodating. No desk in the bedroom, so be ready to type on your bed.
Decent fish restaurant across the street. Ask front desk for food delivery options. Great breakfast buffet.
