A equipe é prestativa, mas falta atenção às necessidades básicas, como o chuveiro e o vaso sanitário. O chuveiro é fraco e o vaso sanitário estava meio entupido.
Falta um cuidado a mais com a limpeza dos assentos da área externa. Tinha muita sujeira nas camas externas.
O hotel tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, mas falta um certo cuidado.

Gosto bastante do Isla, já é a terceira vez que me hospedo lá. O mar é perfeito pra banho.
Sinto falta apenas de uma passarela de madeira pra cruzar a pousada até o mar. Ficaria mais acessível. Mas eu amo demais.
