Great location

The highlight of the hotel is the location, you can do most tours / museums on foot.
The room is small but comfortable.
The bathroom is small, mainly the box for taking a bath, inside it has not even a place to put our personal hygiene products. The exhaust is very noisy. The water from the bathroom sink is minimal.
Breakfast is basic, my disappointment was not having a real coffee, all machine (I, in particular, do not like). I ordered an omelet, but it had no taste.
Well cleaned.
I was very well received by everyone and when I needed information, the reception helped me.

Unusual hosting.

Be careful with your personal objects left in the room, they can go away before you!!!
We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. On the second day, after returning from a tour, I noticed my original iPhone charger was missing. I communicated the reception, which said nothing could be done.
The other day the chief of the chambers told me that it was impossible for anyone to have taken the object, because she questioned them and said that they knew nothing, i.e. the charger fled the room.
The next day I talked to the manager (the superb Mr. Roberto) who assured me that nothing was stolen from my room, that it never happened, i.e. insinuated that my report was false. SQN, there are reports in the assessments. By its statistics it continues without theft and I deluded with the lack of the charger, is my imagination.
No apology request in any of the days, refund then, nor think

The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was included and was very convenient. The location was right in downtown and had easy access to food, shopping, and tourist spots.
