Although a bit away, a delicious experience

We just spent one night. Hotel is beautiful, exceptional service. It has well decorated environments, wide.
Wonderful bed linen, room cleaning as well. For those who have a small child has a cool toy school, in addition to the heated pool. Dinner was exceptional, a delight all.
To our surprise, the breakfast was awful. Nothing was delicious. Even the cheese stick was tough. I will consider it as something punctual and keep my score with excellence, pq didn't even believe it.

Old and dirty hotel

I made a direct reservation with the hotel by phone, paid R$670 and arriving at the hotel, a succession of gross mistakes! It started with the receptionist of the night, who showed that he was super stressed, rude and ignorant. Come on, I booked a room with a hot tub, bathtub and extra bed for an 8-year-old child! I really liked this hotel and if would have a five star from me for everything except I slipped and injured my knee badly as there's no anti slide material on he floor and the concrete got wet from the rain in the hallway next to the gym. Apart from this safety issue the hotel is well located in a beautiful green area. The design is super stylish with nice larger rooms and nice pool. The restaurant and cafe at the hotel and the staff there are all really nice

I recommend high floors

Hotel itself, it is wonderful, structure, service, as receives some celebrities, what left to be desired was permission for 3 days of fans at all times in the hall, as I stayed in walking low, listened quite talkative and bothered a little during the days that the famous group was.
There was a wrong charge in the checktout but by an isolated mistake of some employee.
Even with these occurrences I indicate the hotel because it is very comfortable and the service is very good, including the breakfast of good quality.

Efficiency after results

Hotel with exceptional service, all of the reception and are many (Jadson,Giovanni,Mariana,Evelin,Marcelo,Monique,Vitor,Tomi,Mario,Leonardo and Marilia responsible for our Group reservations, were courteous all the time, bringing us solutions to every need, welcomed our group, for 4 days, with all sympathy and efficiency in their functions, Mr. Alex helped us a lot tbm, and I can not forget to thank the staff of the restaurant "NOI", led by Mrs. Mirtes, who brought us various gastronomic options, all the infrastructure of rooms and rooms , well equipped and comfortable ! Thank you for your attention and affection for our event! Thank you friends!!!
