Experience at Swan Generation

Modern form of hospitality, mix of public and various proposals, honest breakfast, no luxury but all very good, not to mention the privileged location, where you can walk to good bars and restaurants. At the reception, a team prepared and polite to welcome you. Great cost benefit.

Reasonable, can improve what is most important: customer service.

Reasonable, can improve what is most important: customer service. Breakfast and restaurant food just.

Horrible.

PILANTRAS, that's how I qualify the hotel managers. I rented a room that, according to the announcement, had a bedding. To my surprise, when I arrived at the venue, I was informed that the room had 4 bedbeds and was shared by 8 people. The announcement was not clear. I was mistaken. And the site's policy is so cool that they don't cancel the reservation, even having fooled the consumer and the reservation has been made over the Internet, in less than a day. Crack the CDC in our face. I lost my money, my time and my peace. I just went to another hotel. I do not recommend this place of dubious politics to anyone

Boa tarde Marcio!

Bom hotel.

Well located and well structured hotel. The care is well “descalated”. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Bathroom a bit small, but with very good shower. I imagine it must have high rotation, as the towels were considerably worn out (but not worn out).
