Excellent experience

The hotel is newly renovated, very modern and comfortable. The service is great with educated and helpful employees. The room is very clean and very well organized. The only negative point is the acoustics, in the room where I stayed it was possible to hear the collaborators talking and walking through the hallways. But still the experience was very good.

Only get the good suite if you fight

There are 2 suites in Athens, 1 old one and a bathtub peeling and another new one reformed and with the same price, they sent me to the old one, I went down to the reception and complained and the attendant had the courage to tell me that the Internet photo is a photo of the Internet (as I wanted to say it is deception) but funny that after a lot of fight they put me in reformed Athens. Go, but when you arrive require the REFORMED Athens Suite

Poor accommodation

Bad experience today.
Nothing works , radio , internet and hydro control .
Money thrown in the trash.
6 years ago this here was another thing,I came back to live the msm experience and had the discomfort of living the worst day.

Run!

Run away! I only stayed 2 days but my God it was hell! Let’s start with the positives, the breakfast is hearty and good. The room was good, the shower also, the soap smelled good. Cons: the sheets were holed, and I spent two hellish days, because of my room neighbors, music all night long, it screams all night! from 9pm to 6am. and tell you it was in front of my room. If you're looking for a place to rest, it won't be this hotel.

DISCLAIM, RESPECT, PESSIMIS, PRECARY

On February 22, 2025, I arrived at the unit at 22:30h and stayed at apt 217.
In addition to the PESIMA INFRA PRECARY STRUCTURE, without renovation for YEARS( being that all rooms and suites are of very high standard, completely modernized and luxurious, looking up to another place, including), the bed linen was completely torn, with holes, old, mobile very old, precarious level, zero care and respect not only with the customer but with the name to care for the hotel.
I HAVE BEEN SINCE SUNDAY, TRYING TO CONTACT THE HOTEL BY EMAIL AND VARIOUS LINKS AND NO RETURN WAS GIVEN BY EMAIL AND PHONE CALLS ALWAYS THE SAME APOLOGY THAT THE MANAGER MR. ANTONIO WOULD RETURN. WE ARE ALREADY ON 4 F ON 26/02 AND SO FAR NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
AN ABSURD.
COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN EVERY SENSE.
