Excellent and extremely helpful staff !
The hotel could use some upkeep ..
First room they put me in had some problems -
They offered to move me immediately and were caring to ensure I was comfortable .
Simply they need to communicate clearer amongst eachother and make sure their hotel is up to par for guests …

I had to check out early because front of house staff placed me in a very DANGEROUS situation. They assigned me to a room assigned to someone else and I walked in on a naked man. A short time after, moment after I was myself naked and had gotten changed, another stranger walked in on me. It was a serious privacy and safety breach and they were laissez faire about it. No proper apology no nothing. Just idiots terrible at doing their job. As a female solo traveller I felt completely unsafe and had to find a different hotel the same night. I checked out an hour or two after checking in. Thoroughly unsafe and unacceptable behaviour on the part of hotel staff.

Great location, cleanliness leaves little to be desired.

When you arrive at the hotel the reception is very beautiful and renovated, the professionals serve with objectivity, but not sympathy.
The room is small, but suits well for a couple. Comfortable bed.

Points to improve:
The cleaning leaves much to be desired. We stayed four days and the bathroom was not cleaned, just organized. When I arrived I already got a bad impression, and with the passing of the days confirmed! Very bad cleaning.
The towels, sheets, sheets, mattresses are very old and with stains, which also causes a bad impression.
The lack of maintenance is visible: stains, infiltrations, peeled furniture.
We did not consider staying in this hotel again for lack of cleanliness.
