I would have given this property with a 4.5 stars, unfortunately, it’s not an option.
Pros:
- Check in was smooth, the frontdesk lady was absolutely helpful. She presented everything with clarity and efficiency. She also handed me my VIP access perks which is commendable. In other hotels, it’s either they’re unaware or I needed to remind them of such perks.
- Breakfast was a delight and the reception lady was nice and accommodating.
- The hotel presentation looks good and the interiors smelled clean.
Cons:
- One frontdesk personnel

The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but otherwise, good and growing location, close enough to attractions. Generic requests are well received and most times, staff was great and helpful, just something to be weary about for anyone coming in with poor portuguese.

Impeccable

It's the second time I've been here and it's always been impeccable.
In addition to the general cleaning and reception, the staff are extremely attentive and polite.
Especially the cleaning girls, Lucineide and Aline.
Certainly on my next trip to Rio, I will choose Radisson.

Thanks to the staff the experience rose in category

A good place to stay in a slightly withdrawn area of Copacabana, but of very good standard.
Among its staff stand out Carolina at breakfast reception, Marcos also at the spectacular breakfast and Jeymar in the dinner section, made our stay particularly pleasant, grateful for it.
Breakfast 100 out of 100
Try Pizzas and good wine cellar
