Rios Hotel

Atendimento extraordinário, toda equipe, quarto amplo, confortável com ducha maravilhosa, café da manhã excelente. Eu recomendo para viagem de negócios, ou particular. Hotel fica bem centralizado, entre comércios e clínicas facilitando quem vem resolver negócios na cidade.

Immaculate cleanliness and cordial care – would only adjust the mattress

We were very pleased with our stay! We were well served since check-in, with a caring and cordial staff.
The place is well cared for, with great cleanliness in both the bedroom and in the common areas, which conveys comfort and security.
The Mood is quiet and organized, ideal for those seeking rest.
The only observation I leave is regarding the double bed: the mattress was softer than we are used to.
A slightly tighter option, such as a D45, for example, might offer more comfort for some guests.
Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely come back. We recommend!

Excellent cost benefit.

The room we stayed in was a conjugate, room 510. Good for those with kids. 2 single beds and a double bed. Good bath, good air conditioning. Old room but everything very clean and cozy. Breakfast and excellent service. The parking is a little tight, but meets the need. Cost benefit great.

A cama é confortável, lencol e toalhas limpas. O banheiro vazava um pouco de água pelo box e o chuveiro não era muito bom. O café da manhã é excelente e no hotel poderia ter um espaço com parquinho para crianças.

não recomendado absolutamente

Ruim é um eufemismo, eu estava com minha esposa e filha, um pesadelo, minha filha de 4 anos teve um envenenamento devido à água retirada do frigobar, percebemos tarde que as garrafas de água natural haviam sido abertas e, esperançosamente, preenchidas com água da torneira e quem sabe por quem eles estavam bêbados.
Minha filha estava internada por intoxicação, ficamos 8 horas no pronto-socorro a pequena com vómito e febre alta, na hora de reclamar com o gerente fomos literalmente muito mal atendidos, não foi possível reclamar. .. atenção este hotel eu sei que não tem nada legal, profissionalismo da equipe cansada ou a partir do gerente, uma decepção total não recomendado absolutamente
