Lack of empathy, and bad faith
THIS IS THE FIRST NEGATIVE EVALUATION I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE, I DON'T HAVE THE HABIT TO DESERCE NOTHING AND NOBODY, I PREFER BONY TO PROMISE, BUT THE HOTEL TEAM IS NUL.
My experience with this hotel was extremely unhappy. I made the reservation for 02 days, as I went to the city to do surgery and would sleep in the hotel the day before and on the date of surgery (August 2024).
It turns out that the surgery was delayed and the doctor informed that he would not give me off on the same day as was already planned. This way I had to check out early, staying in the hotel only one day.
On the same date, I informed the hotel and requested the refund of the amount paid for the second daily and I was informed that they would not return me. Cabe points out that this occurred before 9:00 a.m., was still in the first daily schedule, the hotel would not have any damage. From the hospital itself, I tried to enter into an agreement with them, so that I did not get in the harm, always being badly taken care of by the staff, who said several times that they had nothing to do with my problem, that was the hotel's norm and that I would turn.
I found it extreme bad faith on the part of the hotel. I paid for 02 nights and stayed less than 15 hours in the hotel in question.
My mom went to pick up my bags and tried to argue too, more said that they could only make a credit card, but that should be used in no more than 30 days (after a lot of trying).
DETAIL: I HAD TO CANCEL THE DIARY NOT BY WILL, MORE BECAUSE OF CHANGES IN SURGERY THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO GET HIGH ON THE DATE.

My mother accepted the offer and only told me after she went to see me at the hospital.
In contact with the hotel again, I asked then, since they would not return the money, that at least leave the credit card to be used in October, when I will return to the city for medical return. In addition to denying the offer, they were extremely poorly educated.
I do not recommend, on the contrary, I do not recommend hosting. Worse experience, worse service. People without the least education to deal with clients and situations.

Pessimo no quesito limpeza
Quanto sujo, lençol sujo , banheiros sujos .
Tive várias experiências ruins lá em relação a limpeza.
Inclusive pegue um quarto bem sujo, fiz check out e precisei voltar coincidência fiquei no mesmo quarto e as sujeiras eram as mesmas!

Noite horrível no hotel manaca
Péssima experiência no hotel. Tv sem controle, pedi na recepção nem retornaram. Cheiro insuportável do banheiro. Tive que abrir as janelas pelo mau cheiro. Pela manhã pratos de comidas sujos no chão corredor. Experiência horrível. Não vale o valor da pernoite nunca.

Precisa melhorar muito.
1. Quando entrei no quarto, o banheiro nao estava limpo. Havia um sabonete usado com pêlos presos a ele no box. O tapete no chão estava sujo, precisei virá-lo para poder usar. Isso me faz questionar se limparam alguma coisa no banheiro, por exemplo se pelo menos a privada foi higienizada.
2. Pedi para usar o cofre e as atendentes sequer entenderam a pergunta porque nem elas sabiam que havia um cofre no quarto. Apenas UMA sabia e que tinha, porém não sabia como utilizá-lo.
3. Os únicos canais que pegam na TV são os da TV aberta e ainda com uma qualidade bem ruim.
4. Saí pela manhã e quanto retornei no outro dia ainda não havia limpado o banheiro. Somente limparam do segundo dia de hospedagem.
5. Os lençõis são finos demais, e descobri que são trocados apenas de 3 em 3 dias.
6. O estacionamento é longe e só dá acesso através de uma escada velha e apertada, por onde vc tem que subir carregando as malas.
7. Há morfo nos tetos, enfim. O hotel está precisando de reparos e não condiz com o preço alto das diárias.

Ruim
Atendimento nota 10, porém estrutura dos quartos precise de uma reforma, os banheiros são nojentos de sujo, as folhas precisam trocar todas, são encardidas ao ponto ter nojo de usar, descarga do banheiro não funciona direito e o café da manhã deixa a desejar!
