Tudo perfeito!

Hospedamos em quarto no quinto piso, dia 28/07/2021, dia mais frio do ano, temperaturas negativas, chuva congelada na região... Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, cobertas perfeitamente limpas, split funcionando perfeitamente, banheiro limpo e espaçoso, água quente à vontade. Ótimo atendimento da equipe do hotel, café da manhã excelente, check in e check out rápidos e sem complicações, garagista muito atencioso. Protocolos de Covid-19 observados rigorosamente. Estadia nota 10.

2 Nights at Santa Rosa

Good hotel (maybe best) in Santa Rosa. Located central just some minutes to next restaurants and „city center“.
Rooms quite big and clean. Service is good.
Compared with costs nearly excellent.
English speaking staff is difficult.
Some guys can some words German.
Breakfast is ok which small choice of meat and cheese, some scrambled egg and sausage and a lot of sweets. Great fruits as well.
Santa Rosa itself is somehow in the middle of nowhere. All people are very very friendly and it seems they‘re happy to see some „tourists“. A lot of Italian and German roots. Santa Angelo Airport approximately 1hour away. Costs around 200BRL.
Haven‘t seen any other hotels in town.
No dinner available.
WiFi works well.
Minibar inside room.

Good Hotel on the City Side Santa Rosa

Well decorated Rooms with polite staff.
Facility of Buffet Breakfast with Mini Bar (Paid).
Nice location of the Hotel but a little offside to main views of the city which can be easily managed.
Average Pricing not too costly.
Rooms are decent and nicer.
Lot of places to hang out near by specially in the month of October due to festival of October Fest in Brazil.

An unexpected pleasure

I was booked into this hotel for 21 days and I was extremely pleased with the standard and the prices during my stay. The room was functional and very clean, all rooms had efficient air conditioning units, mini bar and a decent shower. Laundry was excellent, handing in the bag of clothes at reception prior to breakfast using the list and bag found in the room, the cleaned items were hanging up neatly by late afternoon.
The breakfast was excellent and if you wanted to eat in the hotel, either room service or in the restaurant, a basic selection but well cooked meal was available.
The location is a short walk from the centre and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful but speak little English (thank heaven for the smartphone translator!!).
