Space and comfort. Excellent.

Excellent experience to stay at the hotel Rigo. Spacious rooms, everything very clean and comfortable. I recommend without reservations.

Bad

Old hotel, bad care, dirty! Bathroom with disassembled tiles. Front room with backpack with a door that does not close, has to leave the chair lean on the same! Unfortunate breakfast, dirty dishes. We picked up the 15/11 and the hotel without cleaning of rooms, bathrooms(pull out garbage at least!). But since there's no competition, it will always stay like this... I imagine

Very nice family run hotelvery friendly long stay good facilities and friendly staffing ☺️also very clean apartment fresh through out ☺️laundry if wanted on the facilities I strongly recommended a stay if you want peace of mind

Simple and old hotel.

A simple and old hotel.
Very good shower, the bed is also ok.
Nice breakfast, lots of varieties.
Internet is ok.
Usually travelers use this hotel.
Would stay again while working, if come with my family rather stay at Imigrantes.

Nice hotel

This hotel is very convenient for someone arriving on the bus to Santa Rosa.
You only need to walk up the stairs and down the street a little to find it.
It is somewhat dated but very clean with a good breakfast.
There were 2 single beds in my room. the pillows and extra blankets were in the closet.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
They will even go to restaurant and get an order for you and bring it to you.
if you want to experience a typical Brazilian hotel downtown in a smaller city this is a good one.
