Excellent guesthouse

Excellent guesthouse. Spacious and very clean rooms. The staff and owner do everything they can to make us feel at home. The inn is not in the center of the village, but it is close and as we had a car it was not a problem. It's really worth the value for money. I highly recommend it!

New guesthouse, but very far from the center of Alter

The guesthouse is new and that counts points. However, it is very far from the village. To get around, just by car. We stayed in room 19, right on the highway. Quite noise of cars passing through all night. The service is very friendly, especially from Vilma. I found the coffee only OK, few varieties. But make egg and tapioca on time. The venue has a pool. But I admit I found the days super expensive. Reservation from 06 to 09, i.e. three days that left for approximately 2 thousand reais the double room. This is because of the flights from Santarém we actually arrived at the hotel at 04:00 on the day 07 and at 23:50 on the day 08 we already made the checkout. On a next trip to Alter, I will choose to stay in a hostel in the village that is more considered.

Good, but still lacking accessibility and equipment.

The guesthouse is good, but still lacks accessibility, and equipment for better guest service.
The kitchen, provides stove for guests, but lacks a microwave, necessary to heat snacks and marmits.
The terrain is unleveled near the pool, making it difficult for those who need to pass by several steps with their bags. Our group is 3a. Age.
There is only one employee at the reception, very helpful and "pau for all work", but I believe that overloaded.
