Good luck to those who stay... ugly!

Bad experience. Although the service of the staff was good, the room was in literally precarious condition: droplets, mold, broken cubes... and still saved on soap!! They left only one, after all it must be a huge cost.
I do not recommend under any circumstances, on the contrary: run away!!

Simply the booked room was not available

We arrived at the airport in San Luis in the morning and at the hotel around 2:30 in the morning. Check in very long and at the end we found that the booked room was not available. There is only one family room and it is not even mentioned on the site, I booked directly with the hotel via whatsapp. But the employee who served us at the reception said my reservation was ok, but the room was busy. We were placed in two separate rooms which complicated the logistics with the children. I even warned that one of them is autistic, asking me a lot. I had to stay in a room with one of the children and the husband with the other child. They checked what happened and gave me a positioning the next day, which didn't happen. At the check out I told the whole story again and the employee at the time knew nothing about the case. She stopped giving me back afterwards which didn't happen either.
I find IBIS hotels very good when we just need a hotel to sleep, when it's not to enjoy the hotel. I have stayed in others and have always been ok experiences. But what happened now in St. Louis makes me uncomfortable coming back. Not so much for the mistake with the reservation, it can happen. But much because of the negligence with which they treated the case, without any explanation and without any subsequent return.

Horrible.

Totally precarious hotel. Dirty, old, ripped sheets. Towels with a very bad smell.
Room and hallway with a lot of mold smell. If you are allergic, avoid.

Good hotel, awful bed

The hotel and the rooms are new, but the beds are awful. The mattresses are of springs and seem to be quite old, since they are wrapped in the shape of the human body. The bath has weak water and almost does not heat. It only worked because it's hot in St. Louis. Breakfast does not have many options. The cheese bread was cold and hardened.
