Excelente relação custo x beneficio

Ficamos hospedados durante o final de semana porque faríamos uma prova ali perto. A estação Vergueiros está apenas ha alguns passos. Chegamos cedo e nosso quarto já estava pronto. Tudo muito limpo, tudo muito arrumado. Staff muito atencioso, em especial o Sr Walter. Gostamos muito e retornaremos sim!

HEARTLESS OWNER NOT RECOMMENDED

My experience was very bad because the owner/receptionist was very rude. Right from the start when we arrived at 1am (check-in time) the room was still dirty so we left our bags and went to look for lunch (in the rain). Upon returning, we wanted to warm up and rest because we were very wet and so we had turned on the hot air and after a few minutes we felt that the air was not working and so we told the owner if it could be fixed or if we could change rooms. she said these very words "if you don't like it, leave, I'll cancel you immediately" and we were amazed and didn't know what to do. After a while the daughter (who knew Italian) also arrived and they sent us away into the rain with two children.
What a heartless owner!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good size rooms.

I am currently travelling South America for work purposes and stay in 2-3 star hotels. Therefore this review is both a reflection on the place itself and in comparison to other places I've stayed in.
This hotel is as it says in the title, basic. it provides all the necessities. The rooms are spacious our room had both a double bed and a bunk bed, which is suitable for families looking for a budget hotel to stay in. There is a fridge provided as well as air conditioning. There is wifi provided but it is unstable, and unreliable if you need to use it for work purposes. The bathroom had a good high pressured shower, although I will admit I struggled with the heat on the first night as there isn't a cold tap. That being said on the second night, I realized that on the shower head itself, there are five temperature modes.
The bathroom door was slightly damaged and this was the same in my other colleagues suite but this didn't really hinder me in any way.
Unfortunately due to the size of the hotel, they did not provide a breakfast for all guests but if you wish you can pay a little extra to have a breakfast brought to your room in the morning.
The staff, were all very friendly, helpful and quick to recommend good places to eat nearby. One of my colleagues had a problem with ants in the room and they were very quick to move them to another room.
All in all the hotel was basic but comfortable, the staff made the experiences and though I wouldn't say it stood out as a good hotel, I would happily stay there again.

Simples e Bem localizado

As suítes são simples mas é tudo bem limpinho e aconchegante. O colchão é bom e o chuveiro bem quente (do jeito que eu gosto).
Única coisa que achei péssima é que tem um frigobar no quarto que não gela, nem sequer resfria. Achei que estivesse estragado mas a moça da recepção disse que é assim mesmo. Neste caso não sei pra que ter, pois a pessoa vai colocar algo ali achando que vai ficar gelado e não vai, se for comida até estraga.

Bom!

O quarto é limpo, com troca de lençóis e toalhas.Funcionários atenciosos. Localização adequada para o meu caso. Com o chuveiro tive dificuldades para regular a temperatura, ficava muito quente. E para os que tem rinite alérgica, muito cuidado, o quarto tem um cheiro forte
