Excellent location and hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect! For those who will walk and shop, there is no better place!
Small but cosy room.
The acoustics are not very good between the rooms.
There's a mini market on the ground floor that breaks a branch.
Space as a coworking on the first floor very nice, is on the same floor of the restaurant, which has a well served breakfast, tasty and varied.
And to close with a golden key, there is a round of pizza at night which is a delight, which costs R$50.00 per person.
Careful and polite staff.

My experience

I stayed at the hotel from 21st to 23rd October 2025, and the structure, bedroom and breakfast are very good. However, extremely upset with the reception of day 22. Since October 14, I have contacted the hotel to see if they receive orders from the Post Office, and I received the answer that yes with all the data of the Recipient receive yes. By the logistics of the delivery, coming from Limeira, I put my full name and asked to be sent on Monday to receive the day I was in São Paulo, given that I am from Fortaleza. When I arrived at the hotel I remembered my request to receive any orders from the Post Office on my behalf, the receptionist of the 21st night spoke to me to remember the morning receptionist. In the morning after the coffee refires the reminder. You said a mail order was coming in on my behalf! Coincidentally, I also made an order in another store from March 25 and asked to be delivered at the hotel reception. When I arrived at the end of the afternoon I asked the receptionists if there was any order in my name, they told me that no, I even asked about the Post Office the receptionist said that they had left nothing in my name.
I confirmed the same question on WhatsApp on the 22nd. The next day I contacted the 25 store asking if it had really been delivered and the employee said yes; I left to check when he returned to the hotel. At another point I opened the Post Office app and it was written that it had not been received because there was no client with the same name as mine. How come people? Thank God, on Wednesday the receptionists (with attention to Gabriele), who were at the hotel had the good will to look for my order that was inside the miller. And it was noted in the receipt book of the orders. I don’t really like complaining about establishments, but I was extremely upset about the damage I suffered in relation to the Post and my merchandise that was coming. How is there no conference of the Recipient's name with the name of the guest that is inside the hotel? It was just marrying the information. Anyway, the hotel has an excellent structure, most receptionists pay attention to the guests who are there and the location of the hotel is also very good. But it was my biggest question when I made my lodging: a place that has the reception to receive my orders. It's a pity I had a bad impression of the former receptionists that day. Plus everything OK

Great location.

Very well located, in front of the Luz metro station that links to various places. On the side of the 25th of March, near the Mercadão, Braz, Pinacoteca, Estação da Luz, Casa da Lingua Portuguesa.
The evening has a very tasty pizza rodizio with some food that is worth the price.

Good cost benefit

The stay at the hotel was good. We stayed on a weekend and we had no problems with noise in the room. Bed comfortable and we have nothing to complain about the cleaning services of the rooms and the hotel in general. The only question is that we take a long time to be addressed in relation to the request for the crib for our baby. Even having ordered at the reservation, after arriving at the hotel we had to order 3 more times before being brought.

Reasonable!

A good network hotel. Not spacious rooms but that meet the demand. I informed that the air conditioner was automatically shutting off after 3 hours and did not resolve the problem. The walls have a bad acoustic if there was the room neighbor talking.
The room smelled like cigarettes!
