Reclamation Hostel Espaço Barra Funda 2
Complaint regarding the second unit of this hostel, the named Hostel Espaço Barra Funda 2, located in Comendador Sousa street, 148, Agua Branca - is not in Barra Funda, according to social reason given by them.
I do not recommend this "accommodation", as there are hostels and studios, even simple hotels, in better conditions and in places / regions / neighborhoods much better than this and closer to shops, region of Paulista, etc.
There is nothing on the street at night, as it is an area of factories/industries, and it is dangerous to walk around. The room was smelling to "badless people / dirty head" (yes, that's right, disgusting), where I had to use my cleaning products to clean the room. Very dirty walls.
There is no runway on the staircase that gives access to the room at the top of the house - there is a water pipe fixed there to do the runway function, being fragile and unreliable.
There are no fire extinguishers on site - I haven't seen any.
I need the tax bill regarding the period of the stay, however, Agnaldo, who received the payment, blocked me on WhatsApp after I checked out.
The check-out was a nightmare, as he did not arrive at the place to receive the keys and carry out the return of the unused daily, forced early exit due to the problem that he knows what was, this problem that made me get extremely disappointed with him, and he knows the reason.
I stood almost 2 hours, on the sidewalk, in the empty street and without anything, until it darkened, waiting for him to arrive, because he did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not answer my calls, did not make the refund via pix, even I said that I would send the video showing that the room was in order, and that I would leave the keys in the place indicated by him (postbox at the front door). As I waited, a seemingly strange man, in a car parked opposite me and my service provider, also stood there, standing, waiting and watching us, making us feel like we were running a risk standing there in that empty street and without anyone, just with this man (stranger) watching us, for a long time.
The service provider I hired, who was waiting for me to take my things, was also waiting for these almost two hours of delay from Agnaldo, who did not arrive and, just after I left, exhausted from waiting and hungry, because I was without food, whose delay made me lose a magnetic resonance imaging that was scheduled that night, he decided to do the pix and returned the value - only after I left, when he said via WhatsApp that they saw through the camera at the gate that I had already left and left. I told him via WhatsApp that I needed to go back there to check something I thought had stayed in the room and, to my surprise, he blocked me, preventing me from asking for the tax bill for the period I stayed there.
