Excellent location a few blocks from the metro "campo belo"restaurants and mall nearby the hotel clean excellent attention I recommend I send a strong hug to the Administrator

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Good courtesy breakfast.
But my experience was disappointing as my guest next door to my room was loud and totally disrespectful.
My shower was terrible, the room was cold and there was virtually no air circulation.

Na minha experiência, a estadia como um todo foi ok, mas seguem as observações.
A cama de solteiro tinha um rangido absurdo, difícil até para dormir.
Os banheiros em si podem melhorar, mas tudo estava funcionando. Apenas um pequeno vazamento no lavabo, mas acredito que seja pontual.
O que me incomodou profundamente foi o cheiro de cigarro as 6h da manhã. Não consigo precisar se foi um funcionário, um prestador de serviço ou um hóspede, mas isso realmente me incomodou e mesmo que não seja um problema da pousada, é preciso insistir, pois o quarto já é pequeno, pouca ventilação.
