It's good, but not excellent or very good.

Nothing else in the hotel can be considered excellent, with excess shower pressure. From the dated bathrooms, with poor lighting, tired-looking breakfast area, rooms in need of renovation ... everything already shows the effect of time and the thousands of people who pass by. Therefore, in my opinion, there is nothing excellent anymore and, I can say that because I have been in this hotel many times for many years. The location is wonderful, the check-in, more or less, the mahana coffee is a give-for-expense, nothing charming. But the point is that everything works and it's a clean place. Don't wait long and everything will be fine. That's it.

Photos deceive: hotel needs a lot of renovation

The hotel has potential: the room is large and with good sound insulation, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the breakfast is full and varied, the pool is very beautiful and the location, great (since you do not depend on the subway). The big problem: it's been a long time renovation. Corridors with carpets and even the room smelled slightly mold. The safe didn't work. Small and old bathroom (but good shower). The viennoiserie of the coffee (croissant, pain au chocolat) is pretty bad, as is the coated coffee. Fortunately, there was a Nespresso machine in the coffee shop. One can order omelettes and tapiocas in the coffee, which also helps, and the mixed eggs were great - I would suggest removing the viennoiserie or changing supplier. The mattress also seemed old: after some time on it, it gave in a little ergonomically. The price does not match what is offered to the customer.

I have certainly stayed in nicer hotels, but this one rated the tops in staff and service!!! Apparently they are working on some renovations, so facilities should improve.
Breakfast and lunch buffets were amazing!

Great hotel in a nice location in Itaim, not on a main road like many other large hotels in Sao Paulo. Helpful staff, good facilities, fantastic food. The restaurant was very good indeed. The hotel was so good we stayed there twice. Family friendly too. Only positive recommendations from me about this hotel.

I stay every month at this Hotel and they claim that there is never available a room for upgrade. This time I got a very noise room which was not possible to sleep.
