The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a severe fly infestation that persisted despite the use of insect spray. The floors and walls were dirty, and the shower water consistently overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Furthermore, the sewer was backing up through the bathroom sink, causing additional distress. The entire unit reeked of cigarette smoke, which was particularly surprising given that it was a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, my request for resolution was ignored, and none of the issues were addressed.

Avoid apartments in 1st and 2nd floors, they have no heating and temperature can drop to 11C, as was the case when I stayed. It was really unpleasant.
They say it's not a hotel, which I understand 100%, but not having hand soap in the bathrooms and hairdryers is ridiculous.
I don't think I'd stay here ever again, especially after seeing that the reception staff are not even given a portable heater to be comfortable in an area that the wind hits hard.
The receptionists are all incredibly polite and helpful

The apartments are quite nice, but they are not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Some towels were also dirty. The apartment lacks basic supplies such as soap, salt, and pepper, and does not have a dish detergent or dish sponge.
