Fantastic!!

What the page shows you is as it is, plus the quality of the people who serve you!! It's like being at home but better!! Danielle in the kitchen is the most, pampered us to full waited for us at breakfast with the "oos" freshly made, delicious breakfast, varied, a 10! Luciano at reception solves everything and is very affectionate!! The inn overall is a 10, cleanliness, breakfast, attention, location is ideal!! Lots of contact with nature, super comfortable!! I recommend 100%!!

Very good experience.

We were in a room with balcony to the back garden overlooking the sea, the room was great, we were 2 people but had 1 large double bed and 2 beds of 1 place and an ice cream in case you have to store something fresh.
They have cleaning to the room every day on demand at no cost.
We were really delighted with the inn, we arrived at 5am and I forgot to let you know, I called when I was in the taxi and they welcomed me perfectly.
The breakfast very rich and fresh, the inn is located at the beginning of the main pedestrian so you have no noise problem.
It is located 4/5 blocks from the first down to the beach, has no direct access to the beach.
The very helpful reception staff (some Argentine, some Brazilian), you will not have a problem with the language.

Worst Inn I've ever stayed in!

Worst hospitality experience I've ever had in my life!
I made the Reservation by HURB, and upon arrival, I was informed that the payment had not been made by the operator. They said that for me to enter the Inn, I would have to pay the Reservation again, although the payment had already been made to the operator via PIX.
I asked to talk to the manager, Mrs. Pamela, and I was surprised with the answer that I would have to solve the problem, which was clearly between the operator and the Inn, or pay again to enter. I spent the afternoon trying to solve the situation with the HURB and the Inn, missing the whole afternoon of a Friday. I only got out of the reception around 5:00.
In the end, the operator made the payment, but the loss of losing a whole afternoon of in PIPA was not compensated in any way. Worst Inn I've ever stayed in!

A very cozy place...amid lots of greenery...great location in Pipa...delicious breakfast made with great care...we loved it...
