Good choice in timbó for business

I stayed 4 times at the hotel, I was always treated very well by the staff. Clean and cozy place with delicious pool.
No luxury, freezer at the bar. Silent, with anti-noise windows.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful pool, comfortable room, delicious breakfast with a wide variety and restaurant with interesting options. Immaculate attention! Great location close to everything. Acoustic glasses. My tip, choose an apartment facing the forest.

Amazing days in the hotel, quiet environment, clean organized. The hotel is great to rest, our son loved the pool, the food of the restaurant is very good and has a super fair price, no doubt we will come back more times to rest and relax.

Lack of accurate information

The hotel is good, but needs to improve on some points. The restaurant is great in all respects, in the very good food and the super friendly staff. The room is good, but the bathroom needs to be modernized. What really disgusted me was the fact that I booked a special room with a terrace, as I smoke and enjoy the comfort of smoking on the terrace. My surprise was, that when arriving at the hotel, I was informed that I could not smoke on the terrace of the room, even though there are doors between the room and the terrace, which could be closed to avoid smell in the room. Worst of all, this information, that you cannot smoke on the terraces, does not exist on the website, nor on the booking, where I made the Reservation. This detail ruined my journey.
